Today we\u2019re sharing important news for the future of our company: our shareholder, Enag\u00e1s Services Solutions, has acquired 100% of AXENT\u2019s shares, completing the purchase of the stake held by co-founder Grupo Axi\u00f3n, part of the Asterion Industrial Partners investment fund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This transaction strengthens Enag\u00e1s\u2019s technological positioning in the field of decarbonization and aligns with its strategic objectives, consolidating fiber optics as a key activity in the company\u2019s business development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
